This album, originally slated to be a Christmas album, became a collection of unreleased recordings from 2022. It contains songs not typical to the jazz idiom. The trio plays versions of ‘Ghost Riders In The Sky’, ‘Big Iron’ and ‘Rawhide’ (Rollin, rollin, rollin). Popular versions have been performed by the likes of Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins and Frankie Laine). But it’s guaranteed you’ve not heard versions like these before!
